New customers

Your child can join a course at any time. Enrol in entry-level courses or book a swim assessment.

We run a continuous swim school. This means your child can join a class at any time — you don’t need to wait until a new term starts to enrol.

You can enrol in entry-level courses. For other courses, you need to book a swim assessment for your child before enrolling. Check the course details to see if an assessment is required:

If you’re returning to SwimWell lessons after a break and unsure which class to choose, we suggest booking an assessment.

In our online service for new enrolments, select a pool, then there is the option to choose ‘SwimWell swim assessment’.

Term dates 2024

Term 4: Monday 14 October – Friday 20 December

There are no lessons on public holidays.

How we teach

We teach your child the skills they need to enjoy and stay safe in the water. Learn about our instructors and how we teach.

Missed lessons and withdrawing from a course

See our terms and conditions for details about missed lessons and withdrawing from a course.

Direct debit payment

Courses are paid by direct debit. This means you won’t need to contact us each term to pay. You’ll complete the direct debt form when you enrol online. You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card or bank account. No AMEX or Diners.

Once the direct debit is set up, you’ll be continuously enrolled until you no longer require swimming lessons.

Direct debits occur fortnightly on a Monday. If a lesson falls on a public holiday, your direct debit will automatically reflect this – you won’t be charged for the lesson.
